Merchandise ships to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands via U.S.P.S. Orders placed that are undeliverable because of incorrect address, shipment method etc. that cannot be resolved within 1 day of placement will be cancelled, funds returned. Any shipments returned to sender because of circumstances beyond the control of Lojek Performance LLC will be refunded minus the shipping charges.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products (fitness equipment). Once shipped, U.S.P.S. orders may take 4+ weeks to reach the destination from USA. Performance Pin Lifetime Limited Warranty
Performance Pin sells these products with the understanding that the user will perform all tests concerning the suitability of the product in each specific application, as stated in the included instructions for its use, as designed.

Individual user: Failure of any unit will result in a non-functioning product which will need to be returned to the manufacturer. Defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired, at Manufacturer option, by the manufacturer. Damage to units due to misuse or neglect may be repaired or replaced but will include a nominal handling/return shipping fee. Performance Pin is designed to yield during instances of interference, to prevent damage to equipment. Damage of this type are easily proven to be: misused or neglected.
